The KD-5H Cutter is a professional-grade hot blade cutting tool for polystyrene and foamed plastics. The lade heats up in 10-20 seconds and is moderated by a 16 step dial. The hot knife cuts polystyrene and foam boards of up to 200mm thickness. A shaping blade is also included for cutting channels and for sculpting and profiling of polystyrene. This kit can also be used to seal the ends of ropes.

Suitable for use on building sites, for industrial uses, for sculpture and packaging.

The KD-5H Premium Kit includes the tool body, one cutting blade (200mm), allen key and cleaning brush. This Premium Kit also contains an additional 300mm sculpting blade and fitting lugs and bolts. It all comes in a foam lined plastic case for safe storage.

Take care to allow cooling off periods after 20-30 minutes of continuous use.
